Project Details:-

The project was built in 2 distinct phases. The 1st being extension of Optic Fiber  manufacturing facilities by building a 91,500 Sqft. wing, and second comprising of  the cabling plant occupying 37,700 Sqft of built-up area.

Aksh Optic Fiber was the first in its category that involved coordination of 100%  indigenous consultants at such a scale. Design Plus serving as Architects and Project  Managers were responsible for the entire designing of Architectural, Structural, HVAC  (involving 10,000 to 1,00,00,000 rated clean rooms) and mechanical services.  Performing as Construction Managers, we supervised and coordinated construction,  and also were accountable for installation of Machinery.
