The Challenge lay in Providing, several different users with varying demands, a Functional and aesthetically superior infrastructure.
Every Floor plate was dividing into modules of 8m x 4M,and linked with shared Services.
The program was kept fluid and was developed over results of a never-ending Market survey.
Carefully detailed facades respect the hot jaipur climate. The altering depth of The louvers are dictated by the orientation of the work spaces. Glazing and Atriums are provided to maximize natural light and minimize heat load.
The enhance social interaction & community participation, the complex is Generously landscaped with open lawns, plazas, amphitheater and recreational Pools.
