Stilts - Parking 1-14 Floors - Residential Unit 3B.R + Servant Quarter + Wide Balc.- Approx. 2000 sq ft (each)
The Noida Housing project rests on a site of little over 6 acres, in a residential zone in sector 86, Noida. Built with an umbrella of co-oprative development it consists of 400 living units, each having 3 bed rooms and servant's quarters. The units have been detailed out with rich specifications conductive to high-end living. Inspite of the large number of housing units, 80% of the site area has been left open and developed as landscaped green. |
