-The program included two essential halves, The Temple Building and The Residential Quarters with support functions.

Main Temple hall Comprised of a shirdi Temple at the upper floor and the Meditation hall & Sat-Sai temple at the lower level.

The Second half of the complex comprised of the modest structure of Sai-Ma Asram incorporating an old Age home, Residential Cottages, Dining and Recreational facilities.

The brief for the temple building was a Lotus Temple. For this, Design Plus Took the Bahai Temple, New Delhi as its case study and analyzed the complex With respect to form , structure , movement pattern etc..

The proposed Lotus temple was a juxtaposition of two lotuses to accommodate The great hall and its entrance. In terms of form, the petals carried apsidal Edges unlike the pointed ones, as in the case of the Bahai Temple

The ZOM high Temple Building was further raised on a 5M pedestal, Shrinking the Visitor with the Sublime Scale and relevance.
