The National Museum of Statistics is designed to showcase the history of statistics, its early application for data relating to people and the state; and its emergence as a powerful method for solving problems in all areas of human endeavor. It aims to create public interest, encourage the study of statistics with respect to science and technology of the future.

The competition entry critiques museum design; as a building that would bind the past to the present and future; reflective in its architectural elements and the narrative through spaces that simultaneously tell a story to both the uninitiated layman, and the versed statistical expert.
