A two bed family unit, detailed and designed to put forth the Sensitivity to scale, proportion, material lighting and colour.

The interior reflects the Architect’s love for the warmth of wood and its constructability. From Burma teak To wooden veneers to waterproof ply, the simple and strait furniture lines along with cotton create settings which portray different uses and mood.

The House has seen its change alongside the evolution of Design Plus. The Residence in the last 20 years has witnessed 5 major or minor renovations to Accommodate the growing /depletion needs to its members.
